Lions Eye Institute Northwest Hub

Lions Outback Vision

The Broome-based Lions Outback Vision is an important hub delivering eye health services, education and patient support for Indigenous people and communities in Western Australia’s far north.

The Hub is a north-west base for Lions Outback Vision, part of the Lions Eye Institute, providing access to ophthalmology and telehealth clinics, seminar rooms and open space for community diabetic health education.

The property was donated by Wen Giving and Hawaiian to deliver eye health services, education and patient support that will reach the far north-west and north-east of Western Australia, benefiting Indigenous people, local residents, health workers and their communities.
