Outreach Services

Many people vulnerable to avoidable blindness live in rural and remote areas. For these people, access to quality eye health services can require travelling significant distances and is difficult both emotionally and financially.

Wen Giving Foundation has purchased medically equipped outreach vehicles to provide these hard-to-reach communities with access to the quality eye health services they need. Most outreach services are run by Community Eye Hospitals.

Wen Giving Foundation sponsored Mobile Ophthalmic Bus which provides outreach services to the Northern parts of Maharashtra state, India.
